How do I place my motorcycle for consignment?
You will need to bring your Drivers License, Title, Copy of Insurance and initial payment of $169.
You signed a standard consignment contract which will pay an agreed upon amount before the item is placed on our floorto sell(See Unit Consignment Agreement). Prior to placing the motorcycle on the floor, we will need to do a Saftey Inspection for $80.00. If the motorcyclewas recently serviced by us, that fee may be waived. There needs to be a battery tender on the motorcycle, but if one is not installed on the bike, the cost is $29.00, which includes installation. There is a $25.00 a month fee with a minimum of 3 months; and $35.00 for detailing. Any fees for repair/recondition will be paid to dealer before the bike is placed on the showroom floor for sale. Motorcycles will be placed on consignment for 90 days and must remain for the entire cycle. If after 90 days the bike did not sell, you will have 2 weeks to pick up your bike or have us deliver it to you within a 50 mile radius for $25.00. After 2 weeks there will be a $10.00 a day storage fee added to your bill.
Our staff will provide you with information helping you set the price for your bike. We look at NDA values, Black Book Values, auction prices, and the local market in order to help you set the best price for your bike. Any negotiating with the selling price on your behalf will be determined in writing before the bike is sold. |
